No. HostDesk works for any short-term rental, however it's booked — Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, or direct. Your listing link is just a reference field; nothing about the guest guide or AI guest assistant depends on which platform you booked through.

Do my guests need to download an app?

Guests open their booking-specific link in a browser, with no app or account to create. A guest scanning the property's QR code may need to enter the email on their booking. Access opens 2 days before check-in and ends 1 day after checkout.

On paid plans, add a booking with the guest's email or phone number and publish the property. HostDesk then sends scheduled pre-arrival and check-in-day messages for eligible bookings. Email and SMS delivery depend on the contact details and available channels.

Yes. Invite teammates with their own logins, set their roles, and assign properties. Professional includes 2 team seats, Growth 5, and Business 15, in addition to the account owner.

Professional includes your logo, company name, and brand color. Growth and Business add more control over the appearance of your guides and guest emails.

HostDesk works alongside your existing booking tools. There is no live PMS or channel-manager sync yet, so you add bookings in HostDesk. You can share a booking-specific guide link through your existing guest messages.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access to paid features until then. We don't offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods.

What happens if I go over my plan's property limit?

Professional covers up to 5 properties for $79/month. Growth starts at $199/month for 10 properties, then adds $18 per additional property up to 30. Business starts at $699/month for 30 properties, then adds $16 per additional property up to 100. Adding or removing properties on Growth or Business can change your bill. Beyond a plan's maximum, you need to upgrade.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes, upgrade or downgrade anytime from your billing dashboard. You can't downgrade to a plan with a lower property limit than the number of properties you currently have — you'd need to remove properties first.

Who operates HostDesk, and where is my data stored?

HostDesk is operated by 26Triumphus LLC, a Texas company. Account and property data is stored with Supabase, and the app is hosted on Vercel.

Is guest data shared with anyone else?

Guest data is used only to run the Service — granting access, sending the messages you've configured, and powering the AI guest assistant — through our service providers (Supabase, Anthropic, Twilio) and never sold or used for advertising. Is my payment information secure?
